Why Yahoo loses in paid search...

Yahoo! does not consider Barracuda Networks to be a large account.

They can't expect we ever will become a large account if they only "dedicate the appropriate resources for advertisers with higher monthly spending amounts".

Received the following email from Yahoo! customer services:

I am sorry, but we no longer offer phone support at this time for your account. This change is being made in order to dedicate the appropriate resources for advertisers with higher monthly spending amounts. The Customer Solutions team may still be reached via email, where you can ask your inquiries there and we will reply with the answer.

Again thank you for your time and if you would send us and e-mail with your questions we would be happy to help.
